  1. 「設定 → アカウント連携 → アカウントを削除」を開きます。
  2. 削除範囲と、購読が自動解約されないことを確認します。
  3. 同じGoogleまたはAppleアカウントで本人確認します。
  4. Supabase稼働中データとRevenueCat顧客情報を即時削除します。
端末内の学習データ・添付は端末限定で残ります。ストアの取引記録と購読も残ります。

削除申請フォームを開く

連携プロバイダー、連携メール、返信先、任意のSupport ID、削除確認を入力してください。パスワード、認証トークン、レシートは送らないでください。本人確認後30日以内に処理し、完了後30日以内に回答を削除します。

Apple連携はApple Account設定の「Sign in with Apple」からLasLearnも解除してください。

  1. Open Settings → Account Link → Delete Account.
  2. Review the scope and note that subscriptions are not cancelled automatically.
  3. Reauthenticate with the same Google or Apple account.
  4. LasLearn immediately deletes active Supabase data and the RevenueCat customer.
On-device data remains local-only. Store transactions and subscriptions remain.

Provide the provider, linked email, reply email, optional Support ID, and confirmation. Never send a password, token, or receipt. Verified requests are processed within 30 days, and responses are deleted within 30 days after completion.

Also revoke LasLearn in Apple Account settings → Sign in with Apple when applicable.
